You own the reviews, photos, and other content you post. By posting, you grant FoodBlurb a non-exclusive licence to display and share that content within the Service. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm it's your own honest opinion and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Don't post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, illegal, spam, or that impersonates others. Don't post fake reviews or manipulate ratings. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Restaurant details (names, addresses, hours) come from third-party sources such as Google and may not always be accurate or up to date. FoodBlurb isn't responsible for restaurant information or for your experience at any venue.
Blurbs reflect the personal opinions of the people who post them, not FoodBlurb. We don't endorse any restaurant or review.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Some content may remain visible even after an account is removed.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodBlurb isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
